Quality Assurance Analyst

As part of the development team at 22seven, you’ll be a key part of driving our business effectiveness and managing our product. You’ll be focused on ensuring that we design and deliver quality assurance tests that make sure our customer experience is top class. Your role would also include defining and continuously improving our Quality Management approach.

About you

  • You have developed manual and automated testing methods in a software environment.

  • You have experience running functional, unit, regression and integration tests.

  • You are a critical thinker with a strong commitment to analytical rigour and data ethics.

  • You are proactive with a drive for understanding and finding solutions to complex problems.

  • You are passionate about personal finance and believe in its life-changing possibilities.

  • You are keen on working collaboratively with a cross-functional team, using Agile methodologies.

Here are some of the things you’ll look after:

  • Developing, owning and evolving a Quality Management approach to software development.

  • Designing and executing test cases to detect defects and the methods required to resolve them.

  • Implementing and reporting quality tracking metrics to inform us on our state of quality.

Team collaboration:

  • Work with our Developers, Development Manager and DevOps team to make sure we are building high quality software and giving our customers the best possible experience of our product.

  • Work with our Data Team, to ensure we are analysing the right things, reacting in the right ways and that our data capabilities are continually developed.

  • Work with our SCRUM Master to ensure stories are thoroughly and appropriately tested at the right times to ensure our development process runs smoothly.

  • Work with our Product Owner and Product Manager to ensure that we are informed about and reacting to customer problems and continuously improving our quality management system.

  • Work with our Svens to continuously improve our support performance, bug resolution time and overall customer experience across all of our platforms.


  • Monitor and react to changes trends in business and quality metrics.

  • Work with our Developers to improve the quality of our code and the way we work.

  • Perform quality audits as required to make sure our software is compliant and functional.
